Returns/Exchanges

All the products come with 30 days warranty. If you are not satisfied (for any reason) with your purchase, you can contact us by e-mail and we will immediately response for the further process. The following terms and conditions are applied:

 

- The product must be in re-sellable condition. Shipping cost will not be refund.

- We accept the product for return or exchange within 7 days of your purchase.

- After 7 days only exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the original receipt of the order.

- Products bought from the clearance section are non-refundable.

- You must include the original receipt while sending the product.

- There will be some restocking fee applicable for the qualifiable refunds. We will notify the restocking fee via e-mail after the product is confirmed for the return.

• If the product is missing any of its parts like box, stones, etc. , the value of the parts will be deducted from the return.
