What is the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey! 

Kindly note that Celeste Ardor cannot provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier successfully delivers the parcel.
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts and non-refundable.

*Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic). The estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option is submitted on the customer's end.

Standard Shipping(5- 7 business days): Free Shipping for Over $75 purchase and  $8 below $75 purchase
Express Shipping (2-3 business days):  $15 for any purchases
Canada
Standard Shipping(7- 9 business days): $15 for any purchases
Worldwide
Standard Shipping(1-2 weeks): $20 for any purchases

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

Where do you ship to?

We provide service worldwide. Please email us at contact@celesteardor.com or contact us on Social Media for more information and custom order.  

Can I cancel or update my order? Can I change my address?

If you need to cancel or make a change or change the address to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. We may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in the email address provided once the item has been shipped, from where you can track your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We are unable to take Returns/Exchanges; all items are final purchases. Please review the Return Exchange section for further details. 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

    • When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains color for vermeil and silver pieces. 
    • To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth included in your order. 
    • Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions, and sprays.

Can I order a custom piece?

Do you have a warranty?

We do provide warranty service only on limited products, not on every product. Please review the Product, Care, and Warranty section for further details. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a Variety of payment methods. Your payment will be charged at the time you place your order.  
Please Note that there cannot be any changes in payment methods once it's processed.  
 
Credit card or Debit Visa Card
It's the most popular method of payment, where you can enter the needed details periodically and place the order. We accept Amex, Discover, Visa, And many more. We do not accept prepaid credit cards or Visa/Mastercard gift cards. Celeste Ardor reserves the right to detect and check the validity of card users and the right to decline transactions and orders in case of fraudulent activities. 

Paypal
We accept Paypal; log into your account during checkout. Once payment is made, you will be directed to the site.  

Shop Pay
We offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments or the total amount within 30 days of purchase between $35 and $1000.
